RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise for a full refund (shipping charges not included). We must receive your return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items MUST include all original packaging and tags intact. For your convenience, we offer free returns. For a prepaid return label and a return authorization (RA) number, please email returns@defete.com. Refunds for orders returned without RA numbers will not be issued.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item(s) is received and processed, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

To ensure speedy processing, please include your RA number on the shipping label.

SALE RETURN POLICY

Sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged, and are not eligible for price adjustments.

MONOGRAMMED AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie and all items that have been altered or tailored are final sale.


* We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements at our sole discretion. We cannot be responsible for returns or merchandise not received by our returns department.
